Why Pest Crew App
Say what you saw and did: "German roaches under the sink, gel bait in kitchen cabinets, advised fixing the leak." The AI turns it into a clear report with pests found, areas treated and recommendations. You check it and send.
Every product in the report goes into your application log: product, EPA registration number, rate, amount, area, target pest, applicator and license number. Export any date range when an inspector or a customer asks.
The customer gets the service report and the invoice by email or text while you are still in the driveway, with a link to pay online. No evening spent typing up the day.
Monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly services land on the right day and the right route. Customers get a reminder before you come, so you are not stuck at a locked gate.

The AI turns it into a structured report and fills in the products from your own list. You read it and approve it before anything is sent to the customer.
The record is planned to include the fields most state lead agencies ask for: date and time, address, product name, EPA registration number, active ingredient, rate, amount applied, area treated, target pest, applicator name and license number, and weather for outdoor applications. Requirements differ from state to state and change over time, so check your state's requirements. Pest Crew App does not give regulatory advice, and you stay responsible for your records.
No. Each technician opens their day from a link on their phone: stops in driving order, gate codes and notes, voice notes and the report screen. Nothing to download from an app store.

Pest Crew App is for small crews who still write reports on paper or in a spreadsheet, or who want the report, the application record and the invoice done in one step from a voice note.
